George Clooney says he was totally unaware of Brad and Angelina divorce. Watch his reaction during a live TV interview

George Clooney who is a friend to both Brad and Angelina, says he was completely in the dark about their split. During a live TV interview with CNN's Richard Roth at the United Nations, the actor was surprised to hear about Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt divorce. Asked his opinion on the news which dominated headlines yesterday, he responded,

 "What happened. I didn't know that. Wow." he added. Upon regaining his composure, he said "that it was a very sad news. I feel very sorry then. That's a sad story & unfortunate for a family. It's an unfortunate story about a family. I feel very sorry to hear that." - watch the interview after the cut.
