Liverpool will launch a £20million bid for Germany defender Jonas Hector, according to The Sun.
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is reportedly unconvinced by Alberto Moreno and is adamant that he will bring in a replacement before the end of the transfer window.
Koln full-back Hector is allegedly at the top of Klopp’s transfer wish list and he could launch a bid shortly.
Like Moreno, Hector is an attacking left-back and notched up more crosses blocked than any other player in the Bundesliga last season.
But Klopp reportedly sees him as a more defensively secure option than Moreno.
