Chelsea have failed with a £30million offer for AC Milan defender Alessio Romagnoli, according to Sky Italia. Blues boss Antonio Conte is keen to bolster his back line before the transfer window closes next week.
But the Serie A side have rebuffed Chelsea’s bid for the 21-year-old. who looks set to remain at the San Siro.
