We’ve been waiting for it...and the confirmation is in. Chelsea have agreed a deal to bring David Luiz back to Stamford Bridge. A £38m fee has been agreed with PSG for the Brazilian.
Luiz touched down in London this afternoon and is set to undergo a medical and agree personal terms, which is expected to be a smooth process.
It’s nearly there.

Meanwhile, Blues youngsters Jake Clarke-Salter and Charlie Colkett have joined Bristol Rovers on loan.
