Since the release of Beyonce’s video Formation, as well as the Lemonade album, many black brides have hopped on the #formation pose which is a viral trend. The pose was first made popular by Solange Knowles during her wedding. See photo below:
The pose is achieved by the bride and her bridesmaids in a line on several lines with the bride in the middle.
Other brides have also added their unique style to it. The #formation pose usually signifies black power and solidarity, and makes a great wedding photo as well.
