Mariam and Abdul got engaged in 2015

They picked a date in June 2016 and took their pre-wedding photos with klalaphotography where Mariam donned a sexy red evening gown and Abdul chose a brown coloured suit.
Then, they booked a date in July for their white wedding. Part of what stole the show at the shots grabbed from their wedding, were the bride and bridesmaid outfits during the bridal preparation.

Mariam was in a black hooded play-suit while her bridesmaids were in the same outfit but in the colour grey. The picture showed solidarity as well as who the boss of the day was. It also had a cute gangster/ride-or-die vibe to it which is why it went viral.

Their traditional wedding was held in Edo state where Mariam is from. Their white wedding was held in Lagos and planned by elmidaevents. Over all, it was an exciting ceremony especially as the groom out-danced his bride at the reception.
