Brighton have tabled a £3.5million bid for Blackburn’s Republic of Ireland defender Shane Duffy.
Duffy, who starred at Euro 2016, is likely to leave Ewood Park this summer with Premier League clubs Swansea and Middlesbrough having also shown an interest.
But Chris Hughton’s Seagulls have led the way with a concrete offer for the 24-year-old former Everton man.
