Wait o! Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend Nick Gordon 'stole money from her while she was in a coma', lawsuit claims
New
claims have emerged as Bobbi Kristina was being moved to a hospice care
as her condition continues to "deteriorate" alleging that her partner
Nick Gordon stole money from her while she was in coma.
Nick Gordon is said to have withdrawn over $11,000 from her account without her permission as she battled for her life, according to a lawsuit. The $10 million lawsuit filed by Bedelia Hargrove,
the court appointed conservator of Whitney Houston's daughter, claims
he kept withdrawing the money without her consent both before and after
her hospitalization.
“Even after Brown's hospitalization, and while she was in a coma, [Gordon] accessed Brown's bank accounts) and stole in excess of $11,000 from Brown's bank account(s). While Brown was in a medically-induced coma, [Gordon] intentionally and without consent or authorization transferred money from brown's bank account(s) to his own bank account." “Defendant acted on this scheme by routinely transferring a large portion of Brown’s funds into an account controlled soley by him, without the consent or authorization of Brown”.
According to court documents
