Doctors in Chile discovered 50-year-old vertebrate within a woman's abdomen. BBC reports the girl, United Nations agency is claimed to be in her 90s, visited the hospital once a nasty fall and that is wherever doctors learned via X-ray that she had the decades-old vertebrate within.

The development is understood as a lithopedion and happens once a vertebrate dies throughout physiological condition so becomes calcified outside the womb, permitting it to remain within the body.

Doctors say they sent the girl home and don't arrange on removing the vertebrate as a result of operative on a patient her age could also be too risky.
