Chelsea have made an approach for AC Milan defender Alessio Romagnoli, according to the Daily Mail.
The 21-year-old is rated highly in Italy and only joined Milan last summer in a £20million move from Roma. Milan are reluctant to part company with one of their brightest prospects and will no doubt want to test Chelsea’s resolve when it comes to a fee.
